Inside the Chocolaterie: Documenting Cadiot-Badie’s
Mother’s Day Creations

For this latest video mission, I was invited into the Cadiot-Badie chocolaterie in Pessac to capture the behind-the-scenes process of their Mother’s Day collection. Over the course of a few hours, I filmed the production of three key products, from tempering and moulding to hand-finishing and packaging. The goal: to highlight the precision, consistency, and care that go into each piece.

Here’s a closer look at how Cadiot-Badie’s chocolates are made, just before they reach the boutique shelves.
