Self Love | Camille Aumont Carnel (2020)

Camille Aumont Carnel is a former chef turned influencer, author and feminist activist. She is the founder of @jemenbatsleclito and @jedisnonchef, two widely followed Instagram accounts where she basically changes the world, one educational post at a time.

She is a dear friend of mine and huge inspiration. The following self love photoshoot is very dear to my heart: it was a Sunday, and I received a call from her saying ‘hey babe, I need a confidence boost: can I come at your place and shoot together?’. A few hours later, there she was.

We put her favourite playlist on the speaker and sparkles everywhere on her skin. We laughed, we danced, we talked about self love and therapy. We felt like ourselves, creating beauty and magic together, one picture at a time.
